We design all our classes based on students’ needs. Every class is a progressive course and based on limited pre-registration in order to keep our classes small and intimate. We offer hands on adjustment but it can be optional if you have any concern. Spring course registration is open now. Join us.

Studio Policy

  • We do not provide refunds. However, classes require a minimum attendance to run. If we must cancel a class, you will be refunded or choose to use the credits for other classes.

  • No make up classes. But, we will run a complimentary community class/ sample class once a month, which is open to members and non-members. Feel free to use this class as your extra practice or your make-up class.

  • Community / sample class will be 75 mins. All levels will enjoy this class. Details and registration form will be announced on The Mat Yoga Vancouver Facebook 1-2 weeks ahead. Please download the form and send it back to us before the deadline.

  • Community classes also support people who may not have the funds to sign up for a full class. We want to help people get access to yoga. If you can’t make it to class, please make sure you cancel your registration within 48 hours so we can give your spot to someone who needs it.
