Prenatal Yoga Online Sample Class

Happy to announce that we'll run a sample class on Zoom this coming Saturday (Oct 3) at 11am- 12pm. It will be an hour class (may go a bit overtime) but the regular class will be 75 mins so we can include more postures, vocal toning and journaling.It’s complimentary.

In any stage of your pregnancy, you're all very welcome to join us and meet other pregnant women.

There are 4 pillars of the course

Guided Meditation | Through breathing practice and brief meditation, you’ll be guided to calm your mind,release your stress or anxiety and build the psychic connection with your baby.

Gentle Stretch | Once the body is relaxed, we will start the gentle stretching to help you release all the discomfort in the body. It will be a small setting so we will offer different modifications for each person at different trimester.

Vocal Toning | One of the most valuable tools for the birthing mom. When the throat is open, that will help open the throat of the birth canal.

Journaling (Not at the ample class) | At the end of each class, you are encouraged to write down your thoughts and have the internal conversation with yourself. As we journal, we see our emotions more clearly.It's also a great way to track the changes in our body.
