Uncertainty is probably what most of us feel during this time. How can we turn the uncertainty into opportunity?
Through a systematic heart opening sequence, we'll help you connect with your body, relieve the anxiety and aware of your vulnerabilities and strengths. After yoga, there will be 10-15 mins for you to write down your ideas to wrap up your practice. Journaling is a good way to have the honest self conversation. Through words, we get to see our inner blocks or doubts clearly.
