We all have mental blocks in our yoga practice. What are they? How can we breakthrough them? In this workshop, we will give you all the tools for the longevity in your yoga practice. We will explain how to protect your knees, hips and shoulders when entering, staying and exiting a pose. We will also cover how to find the right amount of efforts during your practice. Fears, inconsistency or perfectionism mindset may hold you back. We will help you face your inner blocks and breakthrough the old patterns. At the end of workshop, there will be 15 min singing bowels & meditation to help you relax your mind and body and welcome the New Year with a new intention.
