We design all our classes based on students’ needs. Every session is a progressive course and based on limited pre-registration in order to keep our classes small and intimate. New students are welcome. We offer lots of modifications to support your journey. Even it’s online, we still offer modifications and tips to make sure each person has great experience with us.

Online classes are available for both Sunday and Wednesday classes. We are back to studio bi-weekly for Sunday Flow! Check the days of in-studio classes below. We record each class and you can practice anytime at the comfort of your home.

About this class:

This is the class to help you advance your practice in a safe environment. Props will be provided. Through challenging poses, we constantly face our own fears. We will learn how to still the minds to overcome them and apply those techniques when we get off the mat and keep connecting with the mental strength. We are back to studio bi-weekly due to the space availabilty. Please find the studio practice days below.

Wednesday GENTLE YOGA (ONLINE)

About this class:
This class combines stretching, strengthening and one or two yin/ restorative poses to help you relax the mind and body after a long day. Based on the participants’ needs, we customize and adjust the levels every time. Through a very comforting sequence to help you stretch and recharging the body. We sometimes pick 1 or 2 advanced poses and explain the modifications to help you explore the new poses safely. For new students, you are welcome to skip poses that you are not familiar (yet). We encourage you to listen to your body.

*Recording| If you miss any class, you can do a make-up class or we can send you the recording class (upon request). To ensure our clients’ privacy, please do not forward the recorded classes. Also all the community classes can be used as your make up classes.

*Online or Offline flexible| If you choose to practice online but would like to show up in the studio sometimes, you’re very welcome. Just show up. No extra cost. Vice versa.

*Family Pass| We are very happy to offer our special fee for the family pass but to ensure the quality we also have to limit 3 ppl for a household. We want to make sure we can see each person’s practice clearly on the screen so we’ll be able to offer tips to each person. Your understanding will be appreciated. As we move along with the ever changing situation during this time, we’ll also keep refining our policy to keep it more flexible.

Studio Policy

  • We do not provide refunds. However, if we cancel a class, you will be refunded or choose to use the credits for other classes.

  • No Perfume or use strong scented products when you join the class. We would love to keep the room scent-free as some students are sensitive to fragrances.

  • We run community classes occasionally to support people who may not have the funds to sign up for a full session. We want to help people get access to yoga. If you can’t make it to class, please make sure you cancel your registration within 48 hours so we can give your spot to someone who needs it.
